Service Terms

• All services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations.
• We are fully insured for your peace of mind.
• Final pricing may vary based on actual volume, access conditions, and additional services required on the day of the move.

Liability & Insurance

TipTop Moving PTY LTD holds comprehensive insurance coverage for all moving services. In the event of damage to your belongings during a move, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

We are not liable for items that are improperly packed by the client, or for pre-existing damage not disclosed before the move. Fragile items, valuables, and items of sentimental value should be declared prior to the move.

Items We Cannot Move

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot transport the following items:

• Hazardous materials and flammable items
• Perishable food items
• Plants and live animals
• Firearms and ammunition

Please make separate arrangements for these items.
