Liability & Insurance ------------------------- TipTop Moving PTY LTD holds comprehensive insurance coverage for all moving services. In the event of damage to your belongings during a move, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. We are not liable for items that are improperly packed by the client, or for pre-existing damage not disclosed before the move. Fragile items, valuables, and items of sentimental value should be declared prior to the move. Items We Cannot Move -------------------- For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot transport the following items: - Hazardous materials and flammable items - Perishable food items - Plants and live animals - Firearms and ammunition Please make separate arrangements for these items.
